Saturday, June 28 Open Day at Sally's Garden

Sally’s Garden is at the home of Sally Rowe and Anthony Biancoviso. There are two distinct ornamental gardens, one thirty years in the making, the other more recently developed, both designed and created by Sally. They are intimate, lushly planted spaces on less than a quarter of an acre, situated on a historic twelve-acre farm property. The gardens include an impressive collection of trees and flowering shrubs, along with a wide range of herbaceous perennials for shade and sun, all with an emphasis on both native as well as fragrant and pollinator plants. Old stone path and walls, gentle grass paths, and a small pond round out this delightful, highly personal experience. Sally is also writing a gardening memoir, Digging Up the Grass: Stories from the Flower Garden, where she shares her passions, knowledge, and adventures about gardening. Pottery studio and gallery of Anthony Biancoviso also on premises.

Please note: At the host’s request, we would like to remind all visitors that no pets are permitted in Open Days gardens.

This garden’s estimated size is 1/5 acre.
